To allow us to set up the PressUP service on your website we will need a user account with Administrator privileges. We will never update the content of your website without your express written permission and you can delete our user account at any time.

We will also require FTP, sFTP or SSH login details for your server so that we can configure our services and to allow us to maintain your site. These can also be revoked at any time.

If you choose a package that includes a WordPress firewall, we may require access to your domain administration account to configure this service.

If you choose to pay by PayPal or GoCardless you will be sent a link to the secure payment gateway from the provider, where it will be collected and stored securely. We do not have direct access to your payment information.

On your request we may access website backup files as part of our support services, however this is limited to viewing or copying the backup zip-file itself and will never include modifying the file or accessing the backup file content.

We use Amazon S3 to provide our data storage service. You can find more information on Amazon’s data security from the S3 site.

We use Sucuri for security hardening and protection.
